	CalPERS 6th Annual MBA Student Outreach Workshop. This will be held on Thursday, November 8,2007. A great way to learn about internship opportunities and Investment programs at CalPERS! The deadline to apply is Wednesday, October 31.

	Berkeley Finance Conference. This event will be held on Friday, November 9, 2007. There will be keynote speakers from Goldman Sachs and Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco!

	Opportunity to Address Energy Consumer Behavior! On behalf of the California Public Utilities Commission, the University of California (through the California Institute for Energy and Environment (CIEE) is seeking qualified experts to prepare white papers addressing energy consumer behavior. The overall objective is to provide information about what has been learned on several topics and identify what additional work should be included as part of a strategic plan for the California Public Utilities Commission. Students interested in applying for this award should consult the material in the attached Request for Qualifications. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATION is Wednesday, October 24th at 5 pm. Students are encouraged to think proactively and strategically about their career management and building their professional brand, while identifying actionable steps for their job searches.
