Career
development is a lifelong and multi-dimensional process of choices and
adjustments. The Career Services Center at the Graduate School of
Management embraces the philosophy that career development is not just
finding a job but rather acquiring the skills necessary to
manage your
career at any point along the career development continuum.
Adhering to
this philosophy, we view our services as educational in nature. Our
services are geared toward preparing all of our students to successfully
assess themselves, research career options and prepare effective tools
for the job search.
Career Development The Graduate

tenure at the GSM, the following additional services are available to
you while conducting an active job search.
The Graduate School of Management recognizes that using GSM Career
Services to assist in an active job search could create a conflict of
interest for those Working Professional students who receive
reimbursement from their employers for program costs.
To
activate your 12-month option and access our services, the GSM
requires that you register with Career Services, which includes
discussing your intention to participate with your employer if you are
receiving reimbursement. As part of this registration process, you will
be required to complete a waiver.
Below are the services and opportunities available to Working
Professional MBA students with current waivers on file with the GSM Career
