Sacramento Working Professional MBA Program - Areas Advisors
Areas of Study at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management are designed to allow students to choose courses that will fulfill their personal goals and career aspirations. Students can focus on one or more of the areas listed below or design their own.

Elective courses are designed to help MBA students focus on particular aspects of management and to develop a deeper understanding of their chosen field. Students are required to take a total of 15 electives to complete their MBA degree.

GSM faculty serving as area advisors will advise students about curricula leading to a focused study in their areas. Generally, the advisor will help students identify and select among courses, both from within and outside of the GSM. In some cases, the advisors will help students formulate individualized area of study.
