Intersession Parking Rate (Standard Parking): The flat rate is $5.00 on Fridays. The rate is good after 3:30 pm. If you arrive to the facility earlier, there will be additional charges at the rate of $1.00 every 20 minutes. Some cars may need to be valet parked and therefore your keys will be left at the Security Desk, you may pick them up there when you leave.

OCM FACILITY INFORMATION

Access Cards: One Capitol Mall requires an access card for entrance to the suite and building's parking garage (the garage is located on Neasham Circle adjacent to I-5, and Suite 100 (our Sacramento teaching facility) which is located on the main floor.  If you experience issues or need a replacement card, please contact the front desk. Please note: The OCM building is locked at 6 pm during weekdays, and is locked during the weekends. You will need an access card to obtain entrance into the building and suite after hours.

Amenities:

• Copier - located in the break room

• Fax machine - located at the front desk

• Microwave, water cooler, vending machines, and change  machine - located in the break room

• Computers/printers - located in the student lab

Classroom Audio/Visual Equipment: All classrooms are equipped with a LED digital projector, screen & DVD player. Wireless networks are available via moobilenet. It is always a good idea to check your laptop connection to ensure connectivity.

Mailboxes: Sacramento WP student mailboxes are located in the lateral filing cabinets in the break room. Please note: Cross-registration students papers and/or homework may be retrieved from the front desk as these students do not have a mailbox at this location.

Parking/Parking passes:

There are two options for parking at OCM.

• Standard Parking - Limited parking space is available in the basement (level P1) of One Capitol Mall. At 5:00 PM, the parking rate is $3.00. This is self-valet parking and you must wait to be directed by the attendant where to park. You must pay upon entering. Exact change is appreciated for faster service.
  
  OCM building parking coupon booklets (book of 20) are available for purchase for $60.00. The coupons are valid after 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and are not necessary on Saturdays. You may pay with cash or check. Please make checks payable to Standard Parking.
  
  

• Tower Bridge City Parking - City of Sacramento parking coupons may also be obtained from the front desk. This will allow you to park at the corner of One Capital Mall and Front Street in the city garage. Coupons are valid for up to 4 hours/day. They can be bought for $5 each. You may pay with cash or check. Please make checks payable to UC Regents.

Restaurants: There are several Old Sacramento restaurants to enjoy before class or during break time. Click here to view possible options for local dining. Please note: OCM does have vending machines that offer basic snacks. A change machine is also available.
