To apply for a UC Davis MBA Grant, you must submit the following by May 15:

• UC Davis MBA Grant Application
● Employer Benefit Verification Form (part of Grant Application)
• 2007 Federal Tax Return (complete and signed)
• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

To insure that your FAFSA is sent to the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, use the
UC Davis Title IV Code Number: 001313.

Funds are awarded for fall, winter and spring quarters, and all awards are disbursed to you by the school in three installments, one-third per quarter.  Working Professional MBA students must pay before registration, and loan funds cannot be disbursed until the start of the quarter.  Most students pre-pay with a check or credit card and then receive a refund when their loans are disbursed at the beginning of the quarter.
